A lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond all the time. The food during the day was lovely, plenty to chose from and lots of it. The pool, communal and eating areas were spotless and well maintained. The entertainment was good, the day staff worked so hard, and there was always something to keep the adults and children occupied. For me, it was the slight attention to detail that let it down slightly, we’ve previously stayed in Antalya in a couple of 5* hotels and things like branded drinks, bottled beer, ice cream available all day, good quality Al a Carte restaurants really make a difference. These little things were missing, to make it 5* for us. It’s certainly a very good 4* and we would stay again.

Overall is good with some issues

The hotel was very nice. We got a free upgrade (1 bedroom to 2 bedroom) , not really neeeded, but the balcony was double thanks. Food: just above average, no smoked salmon for breakfast, wide selection, but nothing special. Issue: we didnt get cafe latte at cafeteria at 4pm, ( 1 minute ago the lady served 2 cappucino to somebody else) bad communication. Drinks are okay. If You pay 250 euros a day for a room, i think, it is obvious that all the staff speaks english in the hotel. If i go back to Turkey i will choose another hotel.

We have arrived at the hotel after the recommendation of our friend Abbas Your service on the face we loved your employees if we were honored 1. Always laughed at us for asking for food 2. There is a worker called Mustafa shouted at us and told us that we are Israelis If you want to be in a hotel is a responsible worker Where is the pool and he shouted at the women and cursed us 4. Barbers Where did the drinkers always tell us that there was no drinking? Everything was closed 5. When we went down to eat with the children, they always laughed at us. The truth is, we would invite you more in your hotel

Honnêtement des vacances caumemardesques. Personnel de l'accueil pas accueillant du tout , chmabre ou on doit reclamer le changement des draps après 5 jousr sans draps changés, treès mal insonorisées donc nuits très agités car super bruyants. Nous sommes tous tombés malades je ne sais pas si c'est a cause de la nourriture donc je ne me prononcerais pas dessus... Trop de monde bondés, doit faire la queue pour tout manger aller dans un ascenseur, avoir un simplr transat à la piscine. Ne vaux vraiment pas un 5 étoile vraiment tout juste un 3 étoiles francais pour avoir comparé avec ailleurs. Lifeguard de la piscine siffle sur les enfants pour un oui pour un non. La reception ne s'occupe de rien tout problème est geré par ce qu'on appaelle des "guests relations" qui passe leur temps a parler avc le personnel de l'hôtel et nous font poireauter on réclame pour payer du jamais vu!! Ah oui et si vous voulez manger atte.dez vous a manger aux heures des poules car seulement 2h sont dipos le soir 18 20h sinon vous devrez attendre 21h30 pour avoir accès au snack... Bref plus jamais me concernant....

Ist wirklich ein Top Hotel tolle Anlage gute Auswahl, aber der Service ist furchtbar das Personal teilweise unverschämt ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt aber sehr schön und uns hat es wirklich gefallen und an Sauberkeit an öffentlichen Toiletten können sie auch noch dran arbeiten

Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Es war überfüllt. Keine Liegen oder zu wenig. Alle zerquetscht. Keine abstand. Kein Platz zum durchlaufen. Das waren die Probleme beim Pool. Das Wasser lauwarm bis warm. Gereinigt wurde es auch nicht. In der Nacht waren die Gäste beim schwimmen im Pool. Wann dann reinigung? Essen gab es wirklich viel. Mega auswahl. Nur die Bedienung sehr schwach oder gar nicht. Ich habe 10 Tage lang meinen Tisch selber aufgeräumt. Der Strand ist ne wahre enttäuschung. Noch nie so einen schlechten Strand gesehen und das Internet funktioniert kaum. 3-4 Sterne höchstens.

A fully integrated resort, a luxurious five-star palace, one of the best resorts in the Alanya region, more than an hour away from the airport. The resort’s drawback is that the receptionist’s name is (Arend.) He charged 50 euros without any reason, even though I booked the number in detail. I hope that you will warn the employees not to exploit them so that the resort does not lose its customers, and I am the first of them. I will not return for this resort

Haydarpasha Palace

Hotellet var veldig bra, men 2 av 3 i vårt reisefølge fikk gastro og måtte på legevakten. Brukte sykepleier på hotellet og de hentet oss. Regningen var på 2500€ pluss medisiner.

Overall I had a good experience at the property. I enjoyed the all-inclusive concept at the low price point. Pool and Beach for great. The two biggest negatives that I have are 1) I got some serious bed bugs bites, which I've never gotten before, and I never want to get again and 2) they double charged me and Expedia is having a hard time getting them to reverse the charge.

yola çıkıp kalmaya karar verdiğimiz bir oteldi. çalışan sayısı çok az!. aracınızı kendiniz park ediyor valizinizi kendiniz indiriyorsunuz. lobi çalışanları ilgili hemen giriş işlemleri yaptılar. aile odasında kaldık. oda temiz ve ferahtı.. otel çok büyük olmadığı için keşfetmek çok zaman almadı. çocuk havuzunda güzel bir oyuncak var. çocuklar halatla üzerine çıkıp havuza doğru kayıyorlar. orda çok eğlendiler. aqua parkta 7 yada 8 kaydırak var. keyifli ama cankurtaran aktif değil. denize bir tünelden kısa yürüyüş ile ulaşıyorsunuz. plaj temiz değildi. nisan olduğu için belkide henüz temizlenmemişti. yemekler lezzetliydi. aç kalmadık. hatta bir kaç yemek çok lezzetliydi. lobiden çıkılan açık bahçe çay bahçesi gibiydi. ama görevli bulmak imkansız. siz gidip içkinizi çayınızı alıyorsunuz. hizmet zayıftı ama kendi işimi kendim yaparım sorun yok derseniz güzel otel..

Fantastisk flot hotel med god placering og lækkert mad. Eneste minus var stranden var meget dårlig og fyldt med plastic og cigaretskodder.
