「Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future」

「Family room was super duper basic. Really reminds me of a Holiday Inn Express. No robes, no slippers in the room either. There were very limited amenities in the wellness changeroom. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly nor welcoming.」

「The room was dirty and had infestation of bed bugs , we also had been charged twice as the deposit did not get from Expedia. This is the worst stay I have had at a hotel for many years I definitely would never stay or recommend this hotel ever.」

「Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze.」

「Staff at front are ver kind and friendly. 」

「The hotel was beautiful and our room was large. We got here early and our room was ready but they asked for a £20 fee to go in early … we couldn’t understand that . Apart from that all was good . Nice continental breakfast.」
