"We spent a fabulous vacation in this house, the pool is amazing and really big (!) and we enjoyed the views to the the sea and the mountains. There is a very lovely bakery up the hill (700m) open all day long. The house and especially the views are even more beautiful than shown in the photos. The village Derveni (6 min by car) has a lot of good restaurants with local food. We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the house. We highly recommend this house and would love to come back!"

"The property is beautiful, even better than the pictures. We spent 5 days at Villa Dennis and took day trips to various sites. Myrta answered all my questions promptly before the rental period and the check-in process was smooth. My children and grandchildren made full use of the hot tub and ping pong. "Nice appartment by the sea in an old house. The balcony is just on the beach so that you can relax listening to the sea clapotis any time (for example at breakfast :))... While the sea is not always accessible just in front of the appartment, you can just go 100 m away. Very convenient !!!"

"A very pleasant, quiet, rural setting, with balconies both ends of the house, so you can enjoy sun and shade at any time of the day. The owner was very friendly and helpful. (With a car) the house was excellently located, near enough to the shops, the beach and the motorway without the noise or the bustle to disturb the peace. We had a very happy time there."
