"Clean, good location but with only summer bedding and 1 blanket and no mattress pad for the beds I will not go back there. I requested this and got an immediate response. All was delivered to their standard. In the 45 years we have been renting in Switzerland this was a first for us. Cheese fondu pot had no extension cord and that was a big miss, no corkscrew, no bottle opener that I would call essentiel. "

"when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever"

"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."
