This charming 3-rooms apartment of around 53 m² is located on the first floor of a quiet building, without an elevator. Ideal for up to 6 guests, it offers a comfortable and practical setting for a great stay in Annecy.

The bright living room features a quality sofa bed, a TV, and opens onto a spacious balcony. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a cozy dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.

The apartment also has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and the second with a trundle bed (2 x 90 cm), which can be configured to suit your needs. The modern bathroom includes a shower and WC.

Thanks to its central location, you can easily explore Annecy on foot or by bike. With all amenities nearby, there’s no need for a car. A private parking lot (non-assigned spaces) is available, as well as a shared bike storage room.
