Inside, you'll instantly take notice of the cozy living room adorned with soft seating and a large TV. The well-equipped kitchen presents a lovely space to play chef when you aren't dining out. And when it's time to eat, whether with a home-cooked meal or takeout, gather at the formal dining table.

All bright, airy, and simply decorated - the bedrooms are places of peace. Also, inside, you will appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

As evening nears, sip on your favorite drink with your loved ones in the yard as you cheers to beautiful memories!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great walking location. Plenty of beds and towels. Clean property, nice neighbors and easy instructions to get into property. A light or 2 would be a nice addition for the walk way and back porch for when patrons arrive at night and need to get into the house. Would stay here again!
