Annandale Way Trailhead

This was a different kind of hotel stay for us, but overall, it was a very positive experience. The rooms are small, but functional and comfortable. Having laundry facilities available was fabulous, although I did miss having an iron in the room. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, but the reception staff more than made up for this and were always happy to make sure we had everything we needed. You simply can’t beat the location. We felt like we were within easy walking distance of just about everything, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Staff were largely helpful when we had questions about local amenities. We especially want to recognize Patrick, whose customer service was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond and is an amazing ambassador for the organization. His warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care really stood out and made our stay that much better.

The hotel itself needs some updating, our room had chipped paint and a faint smell of wet dog, the cleaners definitely did their best it's probably the carpets that need cleaning. The spa facilities were basic, the pool is a leisure centre pool, and it wasn't a relaxing experience we expected sadly, for example you take your shoes off and leave in a pile with everyone elses by the reception area like soft play, the lockers dont lock! The hotels in a good location though and staff are helpful and friendly but I wouldn't stay again.
