"Once we got over some of the cleanliness issues along things just thrown into the twin bedroom closet and the mess in the utility closet we were able to settle into the Pelican Perch. The view of the beach and the access was good. However it was a little confusing when it came to just who had the right to use beach chairs and toys as it was placed right in midst of the downstairs renters outdoor area. The close access to the Anna Maria Island Centre made it easy to walk to Walgreens and a variety of restaurants misc. shops. Overall we were happy with our stay."

"The view from this room could not have been better. We were right on the sand! There were 3 nice beach chairs, an umbrella & boogy boards to use on the balcony. There is an elevator, which is great when bringing luggage and groceries up to the room. It's perfect for a 2 person get away!"

"The host and house were amazing. The house was walkable distance to a great beach. It had everything listed on the amenities and more. The communication with the host was easy. She responded quickly and helped whenever we needed it. I would stay here again! Wonderful vacation."
