Wonderful location

Great location and great response for any needs or questions from property owners. We were low on supplies for things like toilet paper also glassware was a bit low. The pool was beautiful however the fire pit was rusted and didn’t work. There was a strong chemical smell when entering but got used to it. Mattress

Great location- in need of an update

Upon arrival we could not access the home as the garage key pad and door key pad wasn’t working. Light bulbs burnt out on entry light. Those two issues were fixed by property management, but should have been prior to our arrival. 2nd bedroom has a full bed not a queen. Bath mats and rugs had backing and caused a few falls that we could have easily avoided with a bit more care by property owners. Hose was bent on end and prevented us from using the outdoor shower.

it's perfect!

The location was perfect! (would book again for the location alone) The neighborhood is nice. The pool and yard are the perfect size and although the neighbors are close, the landscaping makes it so quiet and private. The house is perfectly laid out and clean. The screened-in porch was great, we finished out every night just sitting out there listening to the breeze. The wagon and chairs for the beach were game-changers! Would definitely stay here again. If you are thinking you might want a golf cart, wait until you get there. After staying here, it doesn't seem necessary. Might take longer to find a parking spot some days than it would to walk.

Excellent location

This was an excellent location, a few blocks from the beach and one block from shops and restaurants, a few blocks from the pier. There is a wagon and beach chairs in garage. The view from back, screened in porch is amazing and feels tropical. The pool area is like a dream. Beds were comfy. Highly recommend.

Restful break

Very clean and private home. Back yard and pool were ideal for lounging. Also enjoyed the screened porch. Best location to all shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great location for a relaxing vacation

We loved the vibe of Anna Maria! And this house was in the perfect location! The beds and other furniture were very comfortable and clean. Our family of 6 adults and had plenty of space and loved walking everywhere exploring AMI. At night and with morning coffee, we loved sitting out on back deck. The pool was very refreshing and nice space to relax. I read the reviews prior to our visit and I would concur - a little extra clean up of backyard and a few extra plates, silverware and dishes would have been nice, but it’s a rental in Florida and I’ve come to expect these minor issues here. Overall, we definitely would recommend this property.

Perfect location and beautiful home

For our family, this was the perfect place. The layout was open with comfortable furniture and good lighting. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. Garage parking was nice and there is a ping pong table in the garage. The pool was wonderful! You can walk to the beach or the bay and it’s one block from the main strip in Anna Maria. We will be back for sure!

Summer vacation

This house is perfect for a family! The sleeping arrangements were perfect and everyone had their space. The location of this home is beyond perfection! We were able to walk to the gulf side and the bay side. The wagon and other beach toys/chairs made it super convenient for a beach day. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to renting with you again!

Great getaway

Everything was as advertised in the photos. House is in a great location with many restaurant near by and a quick walk to the beach. I reached out to management company during our stay one time to report a broken hair dryer and it was replaced within hours, which was fantastic. Prior to our arrival, I also reached out about beach chairs and umbrellas due to what I read in a prior review. The description mentions beach chairs, toys, etc but a recent review stated chairs were broken. Having chairs was a main reason I chose the property as I did not want to incur additional expense renting them. I was advised they were not required by the management company but the owners were at the property and confirmed chairs were available and useable. There were chairs, but they were camping chairs. Not at all beach chairs as expected. Some people may not have minded but they didn’t meet my expectation for what is typically provided in other rentals I stay in. Overall, property is very nice and has a great setup both inside and outside. We cooked in a few times and used the grill and stove and found everything to be adequate. Thanks for a great week.

Superb Location, Property Needs Work

The location of this rental was ideal - close to restaurants, beaches, sunrise, sunset. The area was generally quiet although there is a significant amount of construction in the area. The home itself is a bit tired - the details matter when renting a home away from home. Very few kitchen items were available, only 1 extra blanket in the home, limited supplies for paper, toiletries, laundry, requiring time away to locate and purchase. The exterior is in need of love - the sliding screen on main bedroom was off and sitting to side of door, siding was covered in dirt, outside was poorly lit front and back, and windows didn’t open. Overall, good bones but needs some TLC and a more detailed, comprehensive vacation package for renters.

Great location, and clean

Very accessible to beach and shops. Property is taken care of by real estate company so troubleshooting issues is during business hours. Access to property is a code is sent to you 15 minutes prior to check in time. Beach chairs that are mentioned in property description, 3 out of 4 are broken. Having a property with beach chairs and short distance to beach was one of the reasons we selected this property. Also one of the patio lounges is broken. Management Company suggests renting beach chairs. Beach towels can be found in rectangle basket in living room. Extra towel sets can be found under sink in main bathroom. Josh from property company did respond with answers to questions.

Great pool and location

Last minute great find close to everything. Pool was nice and private. Kitchen could use more dishes/glasses. House dark at night. Outside porch lights would be helpful. Otherwise would stay again!

Location and pool

Great house with easy access to beach and overall great location. Loved the pool! It was just our family of four, but could have fit more but not another whole family. Only things that were missing were beach towels and a blender.

Moms on the Loose

Four of us moms traveled to Anna Maria. None of us had ever been there. We had a great time and enjoyed the house and pool. The only thing I would say, like other reviewers, is the kitchen is very lacking in supplies.

Charming Beach House

We had a great stay at this property. It’s in a good location, about a 5+ minute walk to the beach. The home was well-appointed, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and ping-pong table when we weren’t at the beach.

Great experience on AMI

Everything was perfectly as advertised! Loved the heated pool and the screened-in balcony overlooking the back…ate almost every meal out there. Location on AMI was awesome, and close to everything. Would stay here again!
