Venture down the back steps and you'll find a bonus open-air living space, perfect for relaxation. Lounge on the comfortable couches or cook on the charcoal grill and enjoy outdoor dining at the table for 6.

Escape to the oasis of the free-form heated pool, surrounded by lush landscaping for privacy. Or pack up for a trip to the beach just steps away. In the garage you will find all the supplies you need as well as 4 bicycles for island adventures. Refresh yourself in the convenient hot and cold outdoor shower.

When the day is done unwind in the master bedroom, which boasts an ensuite bath with gorgeous walk-in shower. All bedrooms feature crown molding, custom wood trim and stunning wood floors, adding a touch of elegance to each space. The second and third bedrooms provide a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively, and share the hallway bath with shower/tub combo. You will also be treated to cable TV in every room.

Limelight offers an unbeatable location, less than a 15-minute walk or a quick bike ride to the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Bean Point Beach is just a block away, and if you're looking to explore further, hop on the free island trolley conveniently accessible from Pine Ave, and take a scenic ride along the entire 7-mile stretch of the island.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
