Nice, but room for improvement.

I’ll start with the good. The house is beautiful. It’s well laid out and even with five or six people, it never feels tight. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you will need to cook. The pool is a perfect size and temperature. Lots of pool and beach toys for kids. The location of this rental cant be beat. It’s a block away from all major restaurants and shops and two blocks away from the beach. Now, the bad… the cleanliness was an issue for me. When I checked in, I went to each bedroom just to take a look and noticed that one of the comforters in the kids room was stained with what appeared to be blood. I immediately called and asked for a replacement comforter. They dropped off a twin size for a queen size bed and told me that they’d come pick up the old one on Monday (2 days later) and to leave it outside the front door. They never came and I had to call back and ask them to please come by to pick up the comforter and replace it with a new one. Additionally, I found pans and pots in the kitchen that had not been cleaned. One had butter smeared all over it so I had to clean those. There were several lightbulbs missing in the kids rooms, and most of the games in the house had missing pieces. They’re also no directions on how to use different items in the house like the fireplace, the Jacuzzi, the Toto toilet, etc. Despite there being a book that discusses general information trash, etc, there are no specific instructions about amenities.

Amazing Vacation Home

Everything about the property is wonderful and the home is very comfortable. I only have one complaint- When we were there it was quite cold and it was disappointing that we, as renters, were not allowed to use the two fireplaces featured in the photos. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return next year!

This property on Anna Maria Island was Awesome!

Bikini Bottom was unbelievable and the pictures were just what we found; a beautiful home and amenities that spoiled us. As advertised, there was no property damage from the recent hurricanes. It was a short walk to the beach, the beach chairs and wagon made the trip even better. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made it easy for our family group, we didn’t have to take turns for a bathroom! The kitchen and living areas were spacious and allowed us to sit together as a combined family for meals and relaxation. The pool and spa were clean and comfortable, just beautiful. We enjoyed watching a football game from the spa/pool and lanai. We were able to find all the pots and pans and serving items to prepare meals, there were no condiments /seasoning- salt, pepper, sugar but there was a general store just a couple of blocks away, and Publix’s was a very short drive. It would have been nice to have an extra roll of paper towels in the kitchen and an additional roll of TP for when one bathroom ran out- you don’t always think of these things until you need them. This was an awesome property! We would highly recommend a stay at this location.

Great place

We had a great time at this house. Everything we needed was available including all beach toys, wagon and 2 umbrellas. The house was beautiful and well kept. It's about a block and a half to the beach and Pine St shopping was on the back side of us. To the left of the house it runs right to Waterfront restaurant and the City Pier which is an awesome location for sunrise pictures. It was a little more quiet during this time of year and it was great!

Wonder property and location

The house was wonderful start to finish with great amenities. The location was perfect for the beach, shops and restaurants. Host was also very responsive to any questions or needs.

Vacation

The property was in a great location to access restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the layout of the home, especially the kitchen area. The pool area was definitely enjoyed by all.

Great Beach Stay

Perfect location right off two main thoroughfares and was easy to access the beach just a block and a half away! Loved the pool and outdoor areas as well, made for a wonderful family vacations to AMI!

A Lovely House

This was such a lovely house to enjoy. There was plenty of room for 3 couples a toddler and an infant. The open floor plan allowed us to cook, watch TV and have dinner together without feeling like we were on top of each other all the time. It was a bit cooler than we had expected, but the heated pool and heated whirlpool part of the pool were a game changer! On the days when the beach was too windy or cold, the pool was the perfect place to enjoy. We also enjoyed the porch, used the outdoor grill and used the outdoor fireplace. The house offers so many amenities, it was really the perfect place for our family. The beach is just two blocks away, and the pier side, 3 blocks in the opposite direction. We were going to rent a golf cart, but there is so much in walking distance, it wasn't needed. We enjoyed daily visits to Mademoiselle for French pastries, and did some shopping in nearby boutiques. We all agreed that we will definitely rent this house again, if we return to Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful home and great location

This house was a wonderful retreat for our family for the week. Management was super responsive on a few (minor) issues and the house was lovely. There is a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, some beach toys and lots of floats for the pool and beach and our family love the pool and location. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We rented a high chair and pak n play from a local rental company which was fairly seemless as well as they coordinated with the rental company. Overall a great stay.

Great place with minor fixes needed

Overall our stay and the house itself was amazing. For the price of the rental, there were a couple of minor details that I think should have been dealt with better. 1. The sliding doors to the pool could only be left open no more than 15 second before an alarm sound blasts until you hit the bypass button again. 2. There was a bit of sand in the pool (guessing from the previous residents). 3. All of the pingpong balls were broken except for one and the paddles were starting to fall apart. The Cornhole game by the pool was completely falling apart and could not be used. Again, minor fixes, but disappointing when it is such a nice and expensive rental.

Overall enjoyed home

As we looked for a home to enjoy for Spring Break we came across the photos for this home. Pictures are very accurate!!! Our only issue was the sensor for the sliding door that would fall off and set off the alarm that went to the pool. We will stay at this home again as we consider that a small issue that was worked out. Very comfortable home for 8 people!!
