This hotel is "home from home" which is due to the very friendly and very helpful staff who are customer focused. The whole hotel staff team are exceptional in particular Rekik at reception who always collaborated with me in teasing family and friends visiting me at the hotel and Shetaye serving Secial tea & St George beer in the bar where I engaged in good conversation. It is easily accessible from the airport and the breakfast is always excellent.

The room was clean and the staff are very welcoming.

Excellent service oriented staff

I really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food was quite good, although the only downside was the limited variety on the restaurant menu.

Great location, staff was excellent and room was perfect as always. Will definitely stay here again.
