this hotel fells almost like home away from home; i've been staying here during my previous trips. The hotel is simple, but rooms are spotless, compact but comfortable and conveniently laid out. The location works well for my needs, and staff is friendly. Breakfast - generous. what else would a person need?

All rooms had strong cigarette odor. When asked for a different room, staff mentioned all rooms are the same. Furniture and bedding had several cigarette burns. Sofas did not look clean. Staff were friendly but did not speak English.

First when i reserved the room it was 4 star hotel in the site but actuly it is 3 star. The wifi connection is terrible, i asked for wake up service but nobody called me. The breakfast poor. The location is very good and the hotel is clean and afordable price i give them 6/10

I had a fantastic experience staying at your hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and the location was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely plan on returning in the future. One suggestion I have is that you work on improving the WiFi signal inside the rooms. During our stay, we encountered some difficulty connecting to the WiFi network on the floor where our room was located. However, the signal was strong in the lobby, so we were able to check our emails there every day. Aside from that, I would highly recommend your hotel to all of my friends. Best wishes.

Booked a non smoking family room - got to the hotel and was told they oversold the room I paid for so could only stay at the small smoking room. The hotel was soo dirty and stank of cigarettes I had to call Expedia to transfer to another hotel

Karşılama ve çalışanların ilgisi yerindeydi. Haricen bir kaç istediğim hizmet hemen yerine getirildi. Konum olarak da Kızılay meydanına yakın ve tercih ettiğim bir yer. I have reservations for two rooms. One family room with queen and one twin.also a swuit. Instead I got two double rooms. We were five people. They gave us two double rooms and a portable bed .We can hardly move in the room.we didn't got what we reserved.

Good hotel

This is a good and well located hotel. It was clean, pretty good breakfast. I have to say the staff was half and half, cleaning ladies and the bellman were fantastic and helpful, the front desk staff not so much and would not try to speak any English to make it easier for the turists or anyone traveling for business. They also have a good spa, helpful attendants specially an Ethiopian lady who was wonderful.
