The room was very clean, great shower and comfortable bed. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfasts were good, too. Our room faced tha back and it was very quiet. The neighbourhood was tired, but there were a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Upon arrival, check-in went smoothly; receptionist was very kind. I also want to thank Selim & Ahmet; they provided me with useful information about the must see area in Ankara and tips about shopping. Facility was very clean.

Great value, very clean and nice rooms and staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good with plenty of options but gets cold if you are not there early. We would not recommend this hotel for families, honestly this is a very shady location, particularly the drunk men in front of the hotel. As there are no authorized bars in the area, old men gather on the street to drink themselves into oblivion every night, and smoke a pack each. There were no incidents, but it's just a little off putting and not the hotel's fault. Still, for the value this is a great, clean and comfortable hotel, and if you plan on visiting Ankara which we did, you can easily walk anywhere from here and enjoy the nicer parts of Ankara. Great hotel, just somewhat shady location. Still highly recommended for adults with no children, I would not bring a child to this area.

Merhabalar. Ankara'ya yaptığım ilk solo seyahatimde burda ilk kez kaldım. Konumu gayet güzel, birçok gezilecek yere yakın, merkezde. Genel ve oda temizliği gayet güzeldi ve rahattı. Kahvaltısı da son derece özenli, taze ürünler vardı. Genel anlamda memnun kaldım. Ancak belki bi puan kırarsam o da, ütü yoktu. Kıyafetlerimi ütülemek istedim ancak yapamadım. Bunu sağlayabilirler belki. Teşekkürler.

Foram 8 dias agradáveis, o gerente que ficava recepção no periodo da manhã, super simpático, tentava nos ajudar mm a gente não falando o idioma ( senhor magro que usava óculos). Café da manhã bom, mas tem diferente do que comemos no Brasil.

Otel müşteriler ile oldukça ilgiliydi. İki gelmiştik ve ve farklı katlara verilmiştik. Bizim söylememize bile gerek kalmadan bizi yan yana odalara verdiler. Odalaya girdiğimde, bu tür küçük bir otelden beklemediğim şekilde temiz ve şık duruyordu. Çarşaflar ter temiz, banyo pırıl pırıl ve kaliteliiydi. Kahvaltıda oldukça yeterli ve lezzetli ürünler vardı. Kahvaltı salonu da sürekli temiz tutuluyordu. Çıkış yptıktan sonra, iş gereği tekrar otele döndük, bu aşamada da çok yardımcı oldular.

HARİKA BİR DENEYİM

Otele adım attığımız andan itibaren bizimle çok iyi ilgilendiler. Resepsiyonda bulunan hanımefendi odalarımızı yan yana olacak şekilde ayarladı. Daha önce başka bir otelde kötü bir otel deneyim yaşadığım için temizlik ile ilgili şüphelerim vardı. Fakat oda tertemizdi. Banyo pırıl pırıldı. Çarşaflar ter temiz kokuyordu. Odadaki eşyalar da son derece kaliteliydi. Kahvaltı konusunda çok bir beklentimiz yoktu ama o konuda da bizi çok mutlu ettiler. İki çeşit sıcak vardı. Reçeller, peynirler, börekler, zeytinler ... çok lezzetli ve doyurucu bir kahvaltıydı. Arka planda çalan sakin müzik eşliğinde çok hoş bir ortam oluşmuştu. Çalışanlar da masadan kalktığınız an masaları temizliyorlar. Otelden çıkış yaptıktan sonra tekrar otele geri dönmemiz gerekti. Yine bize karşı çok yardımcı oldular. Çok temiz, ilgili ve kaliteli bir otel.

Sadece uyumak için kullanacaksanız ideal

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ama otelle alakalı iyi olan tek şey bu maalesef. Yeri korkunç bir semtte, gündüz bile yürürken korkuyor insan. Onun dışında hijyen ve konfor konusunda da yetersiz, temizlik sıfır diyebileceğim düzeyde. Odada klima var ama klimanın ayarını değiştiremiyorsunuz onun için birini çağırmanız gerekiyor. Odanın kapısının kilidi de bozuktu. Çok kötü bir deneyim yaşamadım ama bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel değil.

Das Hotel 🏦 ist super sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit immer freundlich gewesen 😀😀😀Leider ist es zur Straßenseite immer sehr laut. Unser Aufenthalt war aber sehr schön dort und wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an das tolle Personal .
