※ I’m NOT recommend to you this hotel !! ※ I was quite disappointed at the level of customer service that was provided at this hotel. Firstly, Room was different with uploded pictures. Secondly, Hotel employees are not communication each other. They are not sharing informations. And before I arrived this hotel, I texted message. But they didn’t answer. So I needed to my local friend’s helps. (Also they can’t speak another language include english.) Thirdly, Daytime employees were really unkind. (Nighttime were kind.) They blamed me for their mistake(they have problem with they didn’t communicate). It was clearly there problem. I don’t care about the money, I only care about the employees attitude. I don’t want to ruin your travel. ※ If you have a time, change your reservation as soon as possible. ※
