"Our stay was for 3 nights. Four adults. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient with respect to the ferry (circa 80 meters), the town centre and public transport. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable."

Other than that, the service provided was attentive and the staff was well informed so passed on relevantbtips for us. "I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived and tried to blame us for not notifying them of our arrival. when we did get checked in the first email we received was from the hotel requesting our arrival time. This was sent 5 minutes after we had checked in. "
