「From the moment we pulled up to the property, we were made to feel completely at home. The decor and attention to detail exceeded expectations and made it clear that Casa Klevin is meant to be a welcome haven for visitors. "ロケーションはTerniから一駅離れていますが、地下鉄の駅が目の前ですし、夜は比較的静かです 設備は、古さも感じますが、清潔に手入れされています。エアコン、冷蔵庫完備で、しかも、海外でありがちな、冷蔵庫がちゃんと冷えない、なんてことはあません。 ただし、シャワーの水圧は、少し弱めです。 最初にチェックインした部屋が、トイレの水が流れなかったので、フロントにいったら、すぐに修理の方をよこしてくれました。結局、直らなかったのですが、すぐに部屋の変更をしてくれました。 朝食は、種類も多く味もよかったのですが、何より、受け付けのスタッフが素晴らしかったです。 日本では当たり前ですが、ちゃんと笑顔で接客される方は、海外ではとても貴重です。マジで、朝から元気になりました! "
