「Rueben’s villa was AMAZING!!! Cannot recommend it enough-if you are staying on this part of Anguilla or need space for multiple families like we did, his place was perfect!! Also the property manager was wonderful too-five stars all around !!」

「This villa was in great condition with very clean and modern amenities. There was plenty of amenities to offer for us to use for our stay which was greatly appreciated. The only down side is that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was pretty perfect! The location is great with lots of great restaurants nearby and of course shoal bay east was only 5 minutes down the road. We would love to return and would plan on coming back to this property to stay.」

「The house was fantastic and the island is even better.Everything about the house and the host was top notch. The house manager, Florivia, met us at the ferry dock and brought us to the house to show us around and how everything worked. She was super helpful and responsive to all our questions throughout our stay. She even brought fresh pastries a couple of mornings for breakfast.The house itself is great... tons of space and amazing views.」

「Excellent spot, great views. Staff were all great. Road up from Sandy Ground Beach was a little noisy at times but you get used to it and it just blends in. Mini-grocery story within steps is a big plus.」
