"A special place. Accommodations were very good, but what really differentiates is service a cut above, always striving to go the extra mile. Complimentary cooked breakfast was excellent. Complimentary drink during happy hour, too. The building is an old mansion converted to a hotel - lots of charm. Centrally located, but nothing in Buffalo is very far (except Highmark stadium). Great value. Would stay again any time. "

"The property is older so dont expect a more modern hotel, but it was quiet and served its purpose and breakfast is standard. Check in was smooth and the front desk lady was very nice. The only thing was no microwave in the room even though it was advertised as such, although im sure if i said something they would have fixed the issue. "
