Welcome to our cozy lakeside home off the shores of Lake Erie. We have recently purchased the property and it will be ready for guests in March 2023!

Our home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a newly renovated kitchen and plenty of outdoor space including a fenced-backyard, a covered patio and fireplace.

We are set less than 100 steps away from Grandview Bay with easy access to the beach. We welcome family vacations, a friends reunion or just a little weekend getaway!

This home sits on a large private double-lot and is just 100 steps from the beach at Grandview Bay. There's plenty of room for outdoor activities including a fenced-backyard, fire pit, enclosed patio and amazing views of Lake Erie from the front porch.

Guests have the entire home and property to themselves.

The home is in walking/biking distance of Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's, Connors Hot Dog Stand, The Lakeside Market and The Evans Town Park. Plus close to several local wedding venues on Lake Erie including SunCliff on the Lake, Camp Pioneer and The Evangola State Park.

Visiting the area for Lake Shore Central 50th reunion Class of '74. We were 2 couples + 1 single. The house was great.

Fantastic experience!

My wife and 2 other couples were in town for a wedding and stayed at this property. We had nothing but amazing communication with the owners and the place was perfect! Will definitely reach out again when we're back in the Buffalo area!

Very nice house/neighborhood

We had 9 people which was pushing the limit, especially if you're not willing to share a king bed. Pros: - Very nice house/neighborhood - pretty quiet with families walking/jogging by. - Big yard to play games in and nice firepit. - Plenty of parking - Nice big-screen TV in the DR/LR area. - Nice washer/dryer kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Cons: #1 I think this listing says 100 steps to the beach. Uhhhh not quite the whole story..... Might be 100 steps TO THE STEPS that go down to the beach----35 steps on a not-so-stable aluminum staircase. Not for the elderly, disabled or out-of-shape. Quite a cardio workout going up. Public beach access, which was nice, was only 2.5 mi away and had life guards and regular sand beach. Only 50ft walk to the beach from the closest parking space. A couple of restaurants there also. Dollar tree just down the road was handy. - No central air. 1st floor B/R had a portable A/C unit. L/R had a unit that kept the L/R and Kitchen cool. Upstairs had fans only. It was the beginning of July and the evenings were cool, so wasn't as big of a problem as we thought upon arrival. Needs an A/C unit upstairs. - D/R table seating consisted of two wooden benches and a couple of chairs. Not the most comfortable. NO shade in yard/front porch. Other: - Grocery store (Walmart) was 15 min away. - Nice park with shelters/picnic tables three or four miles away. ($7 per car to get in). Probably 100yd walk to the beach.

Beautiful Home with a view!

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful property and it was exactly what we needed. The house is fully stocked, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including spices and cooking essentials. All we had to do was buy groceries. The bathrooms are fully stocked and very clean. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a gorgeous bathroom en suite. All the bedrooms had very comfortable beds with ceiling fans that kept the rooms nice and cool. Plenty of linens and towels are provided and there is a washer and dryer. My favorite part of this home was sitting on the front porch in the evening and enjoying the sunset over the lake, absolutely breathtaking. The check in process was very easy and the host was very responsive to our questions. I hope to come back again soon!!

Wonderful beach stay

Adrian and Ashley were very accommodating and super friendly. The property had everything we needed and more. The house is spacious with plenty of bathrooms. The yard was great for the kids and the adults had a nice retreat if not wanting to go to the beach. Beach is a few minutes walk if that. Definitely would love to come back and stay again.
