"The house was in decent shape, but the couch was falling apart and not very comfortable. The teenagers didn't care. Location is very convenient to the boardwalk. Overall, a good place for a large group of undiscerning teens, but if you have older folks in your party that have trouble with stairs (or want to sit somewhere comfortably), there is only one bedroom on the ground floor so this might not be the best choice."

"Best stay at the beach ever! Kim provides everything as described and then some. Welcome basket of snacks, water, and a useful items you might not have thought to bring. Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun. Kim replies to every and question promptly and with enthusiasm. Thank you Kim (and Kevin) for a memorable week + 2 complimentary days. We cant wait to return next year!!"

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

"Labor Day Weekend 2024- Owner was very proactive with communication. I'd give it 5 stars for cleanliness if it weren't for the outdated furnishings and carpet. Carpet and the couch cushions have got to go. The view of both the ocean as well as bay side was very nice. People/guests up on this North end of Ocean City were friendly and more family oriented. We went with another couple. First time we got away without our kids since...ever! Enjoyed dinner at a place called Longboard. ...

"Very attractive and roomy unit. Toilets need updated and shower rod and curtain in shared bathroom needs replaced. Someone didn’t let the keys in lockbox so we had to wait to be let in. Didn’t have to wait long. Found the keys later inside. Maybe change to a keypad entrance to resolve future problems. Short walk to beach which is nice. Would stay there again. "
