The living area is spacious with timber flooring and 2 large couches for lazy days when you just want to watch your favourite show on the large flat-screen SmartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has plenty of cupboard space. It has a gas cooktop, an oven below the stove for easy clean-up, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge large enough to store food for a week if you're planning to stay long and just leave that city life behind for a while.
The house also comes with a double garage perfect if you're coming with 2 cars.

Points of interest:
- If you visit in the warmer months, you won't want to miss a visit to the beach which is about 1.1 km from the house. Although it's a nice place to be in the cooler months too!
- Bounce at Jumpz Anglesea only a 3 minute drive from the house -This simple trampoline park is lots of fun! At this one of the Anglesea attractions Victoria, you will find tons of trampolines all laid out together as well as ones tilted on their sides for tons of jumping fun!
- Take a 15 minute drive to BellBrae Estate where you can find a boutique family-owned vineyard and cellar door, the estate enjoys a cool, maritime climate and produces elegant wines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz.
- Located just before arriving in Anglesea on the Great Ocean Road, get a free taste of chocolate and ice cream at the Chocolaterie And Ice Creamery, this chocolate factory isn't just delicious but interesting too as you can watch them making the chocolates from inside.
- Located up the Anglesea River, Coogoorah Park Nature Reserve is the perfect place to visit to take a bush walk, play at a great playground or do some fishing.
Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with 2 guests of 25 years of age or older, sorry we don't accept large young groups. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
