A wonderful Farmhouse awaits you, fully renovated with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathroom , offers the modern comforts , Ideal for any season.
Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, patio, garden,large swiming pool wit sunbeds and umbrellas as well as a heated outdoor shower, stone barbeque .
The 350 sqm home is comprised of seven bedrooms, with seven bathrooms. On the grand floor chitchen nex to large dining room that overlooks covered patio where you can rest on the beautiful armchairs or have lunch al fresco.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything a chef could want. All appliances are brand new, including: gas range, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. An adjacent full dining room (seats 14) Tuscan BBQ and extraordinary fenced garden children play safe.
The seven wives with independent bathroom are bright and equipped with every comfort. Large wardrobes , very comfortable beds, windows with curtains and blinds.
For your enjoyment, the house has wi-fi internet service throughout.
Regarding the price, the property specifies that the villa can also be rented to a different number of guests with a reduction in internal spaces but always renting to a single group of friends or relatives.
Set on hilly and flat acres, the house is eight kilometers from Anghiari, which was voted one of the 10 most beautiful hilltop towns in Italy and 10 km from Sansepolcro , city of Piero della Francesca, Cortona area city of Luca Signorelli, Arezzo, Siena & Florence
Many wonderful destinations, including Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Arezzo and Rimini, are within easy driving distance and serve as great day trips. For the more adventurous, Rome and Pisa are each just a 2.5 hour drive from the house.
Getting to the villa is simple, there are nearby airports: Perugi, Sant Egidio international airport, 30 minutes by car. Florence 50 minutes by car, Bologna and Pisa just 90 minutes by car.
Holiday days pass quickly in the large spaces of the house and the location allows you to move around easily. The owner can help you and your family choose the best itineraries. You can go on bike or e-bike excursions along the Apennine ridge or along the floodplains of the Tiber river, you can instead decide to go fishing or visit museums where the most beautiful works of art in Tuscany are found, you can decide to visit cellars with tastings or simply enjoy the Tuscan sun.
Every week you will find a farmer's market with local products, on Wednesdays you can take part in musical performances in Anghiari in the evening, or on Fridays you can see the Meratino del Tarlo in Sansepolcro. In Arezzo, every first Saturday of the month, a visit to the famous craft market is recommended.
Many outlets from Prada to the famous The Mall.
If you want to take a trip to the Romagna Riviera, Rimini and Riccione are an hour's drive away.

Fantastic House for a family vacation

A week full of fantastic memories and family time in the beautiful house. We were 13 people and the house was big enough. We can only recommend this to everyone.

Family Vacation

From the moment we first saw this amazing villa we knew it would be perfect for our 4 generation family getaway. Luca (and his father) are the best hosts you could ask for! Being available for us at any time made it so relaxing for us as we were able to ask questions, book restaurants, trips etc so easily. The fantastic pool was cleaned every day and our young grandchildren found access to the pool simple and safe. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers, plus some children's play equipment made this outside area ideal. We will definitely be returning!

Grazie di tutto, siamo stati davvero bene

Abbiamo passato una settimana molto piacevole. Il gruppo era formato da persone di tante età differenti e ognuno aveva a disposizione i propri spazi e attività da poter fare. La villa è tenuta davvero bene e assolutamente conforme rispetto alle immagini. Il contesto in cui è inserita è ricco di paesi da visitare e paesaggisticamente stupendo. Il Sig. Lido e sua moglie sono stati sempre molto disponibili e si vede molto bene quanto tengano alle loro strutture. Grazie di tutto e consigliamo assolutamente questa villa.

Beautiful location with lots of places to explore

Stayed with my kids and 4 grandkids (9 in total) and we had a splendid time. Pool was great and lots of nearby attractions to keep us all occupied. Meal organised at the house was superb- leftovers provided lunch next day. Grazie Luca

Een heerlijk vakantiehuis ! Prachtige tuin en groot zwembad . Mooie privékamers allen met airco. Eigenaar Luca is heel attent en reageert direct en snel. Alles is heel goed onderhouden. Leuke excursies gemaakt op zijn aanraden, bv een Italiaanse Kookworkshop. Note: WiFi niet heel sterk. In july … neem antimuggenspullen mee.

Family Holiday

Throughly enjoyed this property and holiday. We spent all long time searching for the right property for the 14 family members and this lived up to all our expectations. Plenty of indoor space and great outside space with great bedrooms and ensuites. Fantastic pool and grounds all kept to an immaculate standard. The owners were very friendly and communicated clearly from booking to arrival and welcomed us warmly. Great locations for exploring Tuscany and Umbria and we would very much recommend this property for large groups looking for a Italian break in the countryside.

Schönes Huas mit kleinen Fenstern; Super Pool

Das Haus ist in Ordnung, durch die kleinen Fenster etwas dunkel. Wöchentliche Reinigung inklusive. Sehr schöner und großer Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Großes gepflegtes Grundstück. Die Beschreibung bei FeWo-direkt war allerdings fehlerhaft: Einmal war die Elektrizität im Preis enthalten, in der englischen Fassung jedoch nicht. Da sich diese Geschichte über 2 Wochen hinzog und eine Reihe von E-Mails erforderlich machte, hat das unser Urlaubsvergnügen etwas getrübt. Am Ende mussten wir zahlen. Ein Rechtsstreit hätte sich sicher nicht gelohnt. Tischkicker und Fahrräder nur gegen Gebühr, Billiard war nicht vorhanden. Die Anreise aus Deutschland über die E45 ab Bologna ist eine Katastrophe.

Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool

Sehr schönes Haus mit geräumigen Zimmern. Die Gartenanlage ist super gepflegt und auch der Pool wird jeden Abend gereinigt. Grill vorhanden. Küche in einem guten Zustand, alles ist vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Besitzer super freundlich, Kontakt vor Anreise bereits bestens. Zu empfehlen!

Wat een schitterende plek! Paradijs! / What a beautiful place! Piece of paradise

Heerlijk huis voor een familie met kinderen en jonge kleinkinderen. Prima huis met kamers en badkamers, maar vooral: wat een tuin met zwembad! Lekker omheind dus alleen opletten dat ze het water niet inkukelen. Verder ruimte, rust, mooie plekjes rond het huis en een prachtige regio met stadjes, natuur, etc. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Altijd beschikbaar wanneer nodig. Probeer ook vooral de eigen honing!! Wonderfull house for a family with children en little grandchildren. Fine house with bedrooms and bathrooms, but mainly: what a garden with swimmingpool!! The garden is completely fenced, you just have to prevent the children from falling into the pool. A lotnof space, calm and nice spots around the house. The region is beautiful with towns, nature, etc. Very friendly and cooperative staff, always available when needed. You must try their own honey!!

Super place in Tuscany!

We stayed twice at this wonderful place on the border of Tuscany and Umbria and we hope to go there again. A wonderful place to relax and to explore this part of Italy! Thanks to the hospitality of Lido, Osanna and Luca we had a great time.

Excellent villa for families

The spacious and beautiful Ferraguzzo villa with very big garden and swimmingpool was ideal for families with children at different ages. There are great areas to play together and to be alone in peace if needed. The villa exceeded all our expectations. The service was friendly and sincere. We had a spectacular toscanian dinner prepared by Luca and two chefs. The food was excellent and the dining room was beautiful. You really need a car to get there and around. And when you get there you are in paradise! Many thanks for Luca and the staff for an excellent holiday!
