ROSE Holidays offers you this sumptuous apartment located on Place Molière, in the vibrant heart of Angers. Haussmann-style residence on the 2nd floor with lift offering an unobstructed view of the Maine.

Capacity: up to 6 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Bright living room with comfortable sofa bed, a trundle bed offering 2 additional sleeping spaces, a large table and its chairs with refined, trendy and warm decor.

Fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker (NESPRESSO) open onto a vast living-dining room bathed in natural light.

Independent bedroom: with high-quality double bed, guaranteeing optimal rest.

Separate bathroom and toilet.



Paid parking in the surrounding streets and paid parking 20 metres away.

opposite the tram stop "Molière".
