"The rooms are old and need upgrading. One of the mattresses is thin from being used too long, too often. The built-in furniture are ragged and worn - clean, thankfully, but very much need replacing. The staff are generally helpful and responsive. It was great having a 24hr restaurant and a 24hr coffee shop with relatively good food and choices.
