This two bedroom townhome is located at Balibago, Angeles city. It is equipped with wifi connection and it has an area that you can use to work from home.
The kitchen has a granite counter that you can use in preparing your meals. It has also amenities including a two electric plate stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, a spacious cupboard with wood laminate finish, coffee maker, and a rice cooker.

The home has its own gate and one car garage. There are CCTV installed outside for the safety and security of the tenants. The main entrance door is equipped with card key sensor to unlock. Electric power is activated using the card key switch, which can help save energy and improve the safety factor of home. Fire alarm system and fire extinguisher in place. 

The living room includes coffee table, 50 inch television, tv console, and comfortable sofa with ottoman that allows you to relax many hours with family. It also has work/study nook where you can do your projects.

The custom made dining table can accommodate up to 5-6 persons. The kitchen has granite counter top, spacious cupboard, two plate electric stove, microwave oven, rice cooker, kitchen utensils, and Fridge.

It has a dirty kitchen with stainless steel sink, and connection for washer and dryer.

The home has a powder room on the ground floor and full bath with hot and cold shower on the second floor.

This home has two bedrooms on the second floor, namely:
Room 1: Master bedroom with queen-sized bed, vanity/study nook, nightstand, spacious closet, split-type airconditioner, and large windows.
Room 2: Large room with queen size bed and a single pull out bed. It can accommodate up to three people. It also has a vanity/study nook, split-type airconditioner, and large windows.

The host live besides the unit and can be contacted anytime. He has been travelling around the area and can give you inside information about the best spots in the city including restaurants, exclusive bars, malls, gyms, resorts, and even yoga studios.

The property was clean well managed and in excellent condition. the location was in an excellent location and easy to go Marquee Mall nearby and SM Mall. the owner was attentive and communicated very effectively when any issues came up. The apartment was in good condition and my wife react very positively to have the ability to have space for her family.
