Dog-friendly condo near the Chile Express

One block from the Angel Fire Resort base area, this condo has a wood-burning fireplace in a living area that opens to the kitchen bar. Angel Fire Chalet #17 sleeps 5 in one bedroom and one bath, with seven exterior steps up to the entrance, and up to two dogs are welcome.

Seven exterior steps lead up to the front deck and entrance. Inside, the living area has a full-size futon, a flat-screen smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace with a tiled hearth. The living area opens to the kitchen, which has full-size appliances, including a dishwasher and an electric range. The kitchen peninsula has bar seating for 3, the only seating for meals. A stacked washer and dryer are in a closet by the front door.

The bedroom has a queen bed, a twin futon, and a ceiling fan, and it connects to the bathroom, which has a shower-tub combo.

The front deck has seating.

Pack and plays and high chairs can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.

LOCATION: One block from the Angel Fire Resort base area. 9 minutes' drive (2.5 miles) from the Angel Fire Country Club. Angel Fire Chalet #17 is one of six Angel Fire Chalet units managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space.
POOL AND FITNESS: Not on-site. The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club, 2.5 miles away, are open to guests for a daily, weekly, or monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort are reserved for Lodge and Eagle Wing Suites guests and are not included with this condo.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys and fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, guests must take trash to the Recycling Center. A map to the Recycling Center is in the guestbook. Please do not leave trash outside, because wildlife will open the bags. A Trash Removal option is available: for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to the reservation.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere at this property, including decks and patios.
Angel Fire Chalet #17 is a designated pet-friendly condo. Up to two dogs are welcome for a $125.00 pet fee.
A 4WD or AWD vehicle is not required to reach this condo, but winter driving conditions (November–March) can be difficult. Please use caution if you are not used to winter driving.
