"I want to be very fair with this review but also honest. First, the condo (two story) is a cute condo. It has all the things you need to have a great time. Like most mountain or ski resorts, it does NOT have AC. So if you go in the summer like us, you may be hot at night when you sleep. We had a few issues, both bedding had stains, one toilet didn't work, and a shower handle was broken. "This was our annual ballooning weekend in Angel Fire. We had stayed at Pinetree Commons before and liked that it had an outdoor picnic area to have aBBQ for the balloon crew or enough room to do it inside if the weather was rainy. We needed a ground floor unit. Alpine Zepher was great! From the long but friendly letter explaining the dos and don’ts and how-tos to the attention to detail in the unit itself, it was a great experience. We felt we were guests and not just renters. "My 11 year old and I want to Angelfire to ski and loved the condo that we stayed in. It was very convenient to the slopes. The unit was clean and comfortable and very well appointed. I especially appreciate your leaving coffee so I could brew a pot in the morning. We will definitely rent this unit again when we go to Angel fire."

"The Condo was in a great location, not ski-in ski-out, but close to everything we needed. The place is not updated, and a little quirky, like carpet in the bathrooms (yikes) but nice enough. Had a little issue with the door code, but the guest services replied immediately and 15 minutes we were in the door. WiFi wasn't available the first day and half, but VACASA did reach out to HOA, apparently that is who controls the WiFi. There are a few little things that need repairing, but nothing that...

"This was a very cute and comfortable space. It is only one bedroom and sort of on the tiny side, but we enjoyed feeding the birds and watching the squirrels right out the balcony. Would recommend this condo to others for sure!"

"This is a nice updated condo. We had five in our group and I would say that it was a pretty good size for us. Only thing I didn’t like is that it didn’t have a washer and dryer for their guests. Which that is probably my fault bc I just assumed it would. Not far to drive to parking lot to get to slopes. You could walk up hill to the shuttle bus stop, but we did not. Overall great stay!"
