Ebenfalls sehr praktisch, der Balkon mit zwei Stühlen. Cons: Es gibt für 4 Personen leider weniger Komfort, da es nur ein Boxspringbett für 2 Personen gibt, das ist ärgerlich.. wer aber gerne auf einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa schläft, dem wird das hier allemal reichen. "Ein schönes und gemütliches Haus, ganz nah an Steinhuder Meer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Was man allerdings wissen sollte: insbesondere das Badezimmer ist sehr hellhörig und der Garten scheint noch ein wenig im Aufbau. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir würden wiederkommen."
