「Very nice place and location. Staff is very friendly.The Town Home was quiet and clean. Kitchen, baths and bedroom was all good. LR furniture is dated and could be replaced. Bar/Restaurant on premises. More 2 minutes away on Main St. Minutes from skiing.」

「Very nice place and loved the hot tub and the views. Bummer the coffee machine died after the first day, but the service group was very prompt to try and fix it. Excellent communication with the group that manages the property.」

「We had a really great stay at Michael's house in Bethal. We travelled with adults and several teenage boys celebrating our son's 17th birthday with a few days skiing at Sunday River. The house had everything we could have needed for 3 adults and 6 teenage boys We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it is stocked with every dish, utensil, pots, pans and more than enough space. The teens absoultely LOVED the first floor to themselves. The bedrooms, game room, hot tub etc. It was really nice...

「Our stay was short because we only needed rest for the night. However, check in process was super simple. This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in. 」

「Overall, the yurt was located near town and the ski areas.The biggest complaint was the neighbors. Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Would love to explore the trails and more around Bethel. Building and bathhouse are nicely done. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim.」

「We absolutely LOVED this property! The kitchen was well stocked so cooking with a big crowd was very easy. The game room was spectacular and gave us lots to do while we were at the house. The hot tub was fabulous especially after a day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have so many bathrooms. The host was very responsive and thoughtful with all the things you might need. Great location, quiet and woodsy but still close to town. If we could rate higher than 5 we would!」

「The house was not in the condition shown in the pictures. It was dirty with rodent droppings near the pantry, there were dirty dog foo bowls in the kitchen and the plants were mostly dead. There are also trailers in the front yard that are not shown in the oictures.」

「The house was beautiful and clean with wonderful beds. The perfect place to enjoy family time. The spa and sauna were wonderful additions as well. 」
