「75室、サンティアゴ最大のホステル。評価8.8は妥当。よく組織され、様々なサービスを提供する。24時間オープンのフロントの対応大変良い。 バスタオル、お湯は無料。いつもたくさんの人が行き来する。朝食は必要十分。生卵とゆで卵が用意される。キッチンが使えるから、卵料理ができる。テレビはラウンジにある。人恋しくなったらいいかもしれない。 バーの積み木遊びはうるさい。バタンバタンと崩れる度に嬌声が上がる。やめた方がよい。 中庭は、真夜中のあ喋りや長電話に使える。他人の迷惑を考えない人には最高の環境だ。安眠妨害OKは嬉しい。 若者だけでなくご老人の利用も多い。」

「This hotel was terrible. Because of running out of water supply, they promised to give us refund, but they never did. We called them and emailed them, but they ignored. Even if water was stopped running, they didn’t help us to find another hotel we could stay. We had to look for a hotel after 9pm and we even weren’t familiar with the place because we just arrived. The hotel stuff was helpless and they didn’t offer us anything. I don’t recommend to stay this hotel because of their service. 」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff contacted my airline company regarding my delayed baggage instead of me. Services were nice, such as clean sheets everyday. They stored my luggage during inca treks. I love so cute living room with confortable sofas and coca tea.」
