"We had a fantastic experience at Chalet la Coccinelle! The hosts were responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local sights and dining, The skiing was superb!"

"Huge, well equiped and clean house with a nice garden and very nice terrace. It was the perfect place to be to calm down and relax (nearly no noise except from animals and the church bell). As a very sportive family, especially the garage with its tabeltop soccer and table tennis table was frequently enjoyed. Thank you so much for your nice and warm welcome. "A very nice cozy chalet for relaxing with family or friends."

"13-20 July 2013. Very nice house with balcony and view on the pool and the fields. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and we feelt at home. Although the house is built in the garden of the owner and the pool is also for their use, we really had all the privacy we needed. With two boys of 12 and 15 we had a super holiday, also because of the beautiful weather. It's a 75 minutes drive from Europapark in Germany, which we would also recommand to a family with kids."

"This place was awesome. Built in like 1550 or something and you can feel it in certain parts. Room was great, and bigger than I thought. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend 10/10! Only issue, but not even an issue was the stairs creaked. (They’re old. Oh well!)"

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
