「Excelente servicio y atención por parte de César y Adriana, la habitación es genial, amplia con baño privado, se encuentra muy limpia y agradable, al parecer no hacen limpieza todos los días; me gustó mucho que cuidan el medio ambiente, reciclan adecuadamente y se trata de ahorrar energía, volvería a quedarme en La Mariana, me sentí muy bien atendido siempre.」

「I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful.」

「The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our four-day stay. We could sit at our breakfast table in the morning, take in a great view, and watch all the birdlife. The hotel is just outside of Manizales, so it was easy to get into the city with our rental car and close to other sites in the area as well. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it.」
