"Beautiful Location and Excellent Service, with Room for Improvement We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Playa Bonita. The staff and service were excellent, and everyone made us feel welcome. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that make it a great place to relax and unwind. The property is a bit older, and some areas could benefit from repairs and updates. One improvement I would love to see is smart TVs in the guest rooms. Being able to log into your own streaming services and enjoy your favourite shows at the end of the day would be a nice touch. The food was good overall. However, one thing that disappointed me was the selection of juices. In a country like Panama, with such an incredible variety of fresh tropical fruits, I was really looking forward to enjoying natural fruit juices, especially orange and passion fruit. Unfortunately, only the watermelon and cantaloupe juices appeared to be freshly made, while the others were not. Overall, Dreams Playa Bonita offers a beautiful setting and exceptional hospitality. With a few updates to the property and more emphasis on fresh, local ingredients, especially natural fruit juices, the experience could be even better. The staff truly make this resort special, and their excellent service deserves recognition."
