"When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. "Honestly, the place was all but perfect. Staff was attentive. Room was clean, and cool upon our arrival. Mini fridge worked. The area was a great launching point to explore the west side of the island. "

"I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was great, the amenities were very well maintained. Location was convenient. I enjoyed the pool, it was very clean and beautiful. The only feedback I would give is that the front desk needs a true 24 hr staff, there was only a security guard after 10 pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the beautiful view to the water, the bar area, the restaurant, the family-friendly environment, the pool was one of the best I’ve seen in Puerto Rico, the staff very friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was very well priced and delicious, the grounds were very well kept and clean, the games were great…5 stars for sure!"

"The staff were welcoming and friendly, creating a great first impression. My room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, though its location near the bar meant it could get a bit noisy at times. That said, the hotel did a good job managing noise levels by lowering the music later in the evening. The gym was well-equipped and exceeded expectations, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, especially for the incredible sunsets. I’ll definitely be back. "
