This new and stylish villa is perfect for family and group trip to Disneyland, Convention center and Socal attractions. Our newly remodeled home is walking distance to Disneyland in a quiet neighborhood with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 12000 sq/ft amazing backyard. It equipped with 8 big screen TVS includes 100 inch projection TV with home theater systems for movies, spots programs. Backyard has a mini golf putting green, fire pit, heated pool, spa, BBQ and 2 separated covered patio areas to enjoy and relax. The game room has pool table, Ping Pong table and big screen TV to entertain. The house is newly remodeled modern bright and airy. All the comfy beds will give you a good night sleep. It is 4-5 minutes drive to Disneyland and convention center. Or you can walk to Disneyland with a little over a mile distance. Disneyland shuttle is down the street on Katella and Walnut with blue roof. It cost $6 a day for an adult $2.5 for kid. Uber or lift to Disney entrance is $7-10 each way. The grocery store, restaurants, bank, Starbucks, donut shop are right at the corner with in 3-5 minutes walk. This is the great house for you and your family, friends to have a great time.

We have rented 3 other homes prior to this location for Expo West and I can honestly say that this home was the best. It was clean, well laid out for guest, convent location to the convention center and Disney. Our host Eve was exceptional!!! I highly recommend this home.

Perfect for Disney

This property was amazing. The house is laid out perfectly and enough bathrooms for our entire group of 12 people. The game room/backyard provided so much entertainment/enjoyment. We even put on the Thursday night football game on the large projection screen which was a lot of fun. It is close to the park to make commuting very easy. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again in the future if we made another family trip to Disneyland.

Great location and excellent service by host

We just returned from a 6 night stay at this location. Eve the host was great with all our questions right from the time of booking. Our party of 13 which was three families, with ages ranging from 6 to adults, had more than enough space at this property. The kids enjoyed the pool and games set up, inside and outside. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, especially after our days at Disney. The property was clean and well decorated and the kitchen had everything you needed. We had four days at Disney but would return back to the property mid day to cool off in pool before returning to the parks to enjoy the evening festivities. 5 min Uber to Disney and 50 min Uber to universal. Great location with grocery and other food options within 5 min walk. We would definitely recommend this property and will return for any future Disney vacations. Thank you Eve!

Fantastic Stay

The house accommodations were wonderful, with plenty of room and space for the whole family. We loved our stay at this property. Everything was perfect, and my family enjoyed the putting green and the hot tub. The younger kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We contacted our host and had the swimming pool heated for two days of our four-day stay. It was perfect and I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

A Family Paradise

This was the perfect space… well actually a whole lotta space for just the 5 of us, but it’s fantastic. Would highly recommend a stay. We were there for Disney and it was super easy. And what better than a hot tub awaiting you at the end of a long Day at Disney. Host was super responsive and left us a nice welcoming of some chips and waters! We will stay again on our next Disney voyage!

Great home!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Very spacious and excellent for multiple families. The cleaning crew did a great job! Would rent again for sure but wish the pool was gas heated at no additional charge. It’s too cold to swim in with just solar. Other than that it was perfect.

Great property for families-close to Disney!

Our family enjoyed our week long stay in this home, it was comfortable and had plenty of space for all 11 of us. We spent three days in Disneyland. We chose to walk to the property, which was close to 1.5 miles from the property door to the actual gate entrance. We also spent two days at the beach and a day at Universal, both within 30-60 minutes drive from the property. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and my grown kids enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had every appliance we could have needed as well as plenty of dishes for indoor and outdoor use. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Disney Parks.
