The rooms are clean. The staff is fairly decent. Does have air-conditioning and free parking. When parking is available...can get crowded and makes parking difficulties, but definitely a value. You can walk to the park, but it is a long walk.. especially if you’re walking at 11 o’clock at night after all day at the park

Staff was courteous, but room could have been cleaner. The sitting couch was very dirty/old looking, specially the resting atms on it, I put one of the sheets over it to be comfortable using it. There were some spots on the walls as if someone spilled/splashed their drinks. Beds were comfortable though and there are many restaurants at walkimg distance.

Room was really clean, air conditioner worked well. Only thing is the first day our key card worked then the next day and following day we had to have the office reactivate the card because it stopped working. Rest of the days we had no issues though. Parking was good, but we stayed during the week Monday-Saturday. If you are here on busy days you may have trouble finding parking if you’re getting back late. If you are going to Disney, we walked to the Toy Story parking lot, which is 2 blocks away, if you’re okay with walking this place is totally worth it. Felt safe walking back at night, had no issues. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Definitely recommend this place if you have kids, real clean. Outside does look a little run down, but had no issues.
