The staff was disrespectful and rude. I would never stay there again. The main door had such a large gap between the wall, that you could fit your hand through it.

The room was old and smelled like it, the furniture and bathroom door had dents in it and it had 1 hand towel, no wash cloths but it did have showering towels. Front desk guy was friendly, that was the only nice thing about the place.

If you’re planning to go to Disney on a budget, this place will do the job. It’s not super fancy, needs to be updated, but it did do the job. Pretty and expensive and very close to the park. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for. Pretty noisy from the street traffic but one thing I will say the rooms are pretty clean. No issue there.

I loved how close this hotel was to Disneyland, and a nice cozy room for me and my fiance to share. Pool and hot tub were added bonuses! We were able to see the fireworks show from the park while soaking in the water!

We booked because it was close to downtown Disney and the room pictures seemed normal. We only booked for one night, thank goodness. We were disappointed when we walked in, my kids were scared, the place looked very unsafe/ not the best neighborhood. Once inside two full beds were not the best. One of the beds had a hole ripped on the side of the mattress. We lifted the blankets and the beds had hair on them. The walls were dirty they had bits of I don’t know what randomly around they looked like boogers. Very disappointed with this booking never again staying in this establishment.

Staying with me in my room were my children and there was a guest in the room next to us yelling and screaming throughout the night like they were being possessed some sort of demonic ritual! I asked the staff to move us or to remove them. They just told her to be quiet and she wasn’t. Never staying here
