When we tried to open the door, the key worked, but door was manually locked and there was someone already inside After switching to correct room, the hotel forgot to take down my card to cover incidentals. So what did they do to get me down to put down my card? Just locked me out of my room altogether to get me to come to the front desk The hotel was great/beautiful. But the way things were handled were the opposite. Probably the strangest hotel experience I’ve had in my life"

"Overall, the hotel is very nice and we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, housekeeping only cleaned our room once during our 5-night stay, which was disappointing. The dishwasher didn’t work, and we had to call multiple times to request basic items like towels and toilet paper. In addition, the staff at breakfast were not very friendly, which affected the overall experience."

"We had to ask the staff to clean the tub in our bathroom, after we found some pubic hairs. The cleaning ladies were very apologetic. They were not the ones that originally cleaned our bathroom but made it right. The view that we had was awful. We had the alley view with vehicles parked two feet away from our window. Parking was none existent. Do not count on it. We were lucky, guests were checking out as we were checking in and we ended up getting their parking spot "
