「Great location with amazing views. Check-in was very easy. Our host arranged a taxi and porter to meet us at the dock which is necessary if arriving by ferry. We walked down the stairs to the center of the town and took a taxi back up each day. Kids loved the pool after a long day in the sun. Apartment was nice, AC in each room. Only issue was with the ants, which seems to be a common thing in Positano so not much the owner can do besides place an ant trap or two down because they can get...

「The property is mere steps to the town center, taxi stand, several bakeries and restaurants. The views from either balcony are wonderful, especially at sunset. Plenty of space for 5 grown adults. Very spacious rooms. The host was very responsive and helped us with any needs. 10 - 15 minute bus ride to Sorrento, several pizza places within walking distance as well and the gelato at geace’s is excellent. We loved Massa Lubrense. 」

「Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk. 「We loved our stay at Elena’s apartment! The balcony was my favorite spot and where I spent most of my time when we weren’t out exploring Sorrento. The views of the water and Mt Vesuvius were stunning and the sunsets were beautiful too!! It was close to everything but away from the crowds of the main square.
