"Our stay here in Hanoi was absolutely incredible. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially considering the cost. The value for what you receive is unbelievable. All we had to do was pay, and everything else was organized perfectly. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and stress-free, and it was such a valuable service offered by the hotel. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to so many attractions, it’s very close to the lake, and there are countless places nearby to eat, grab coffee, or pick up snacks. Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and I would stay here again without hesitation."

"Our stay here was fabulous. We enjoyed the terrace suite with the Jacuzzi on the deck. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the ladies at the spa were wonderful. The people at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Happy made sure that we had everything we needed and had good recommendations for what we were looking for in the neighborhood. The only thing I would mention is that if you are a light sleeper, staying in a room with an outside deck may not be quiet enough. But that is true for a lot of properties in the Old Quarter. It’s really really busy there so it’s also never really quiet. We were fine, slept amazing. However, something to consider if that’s an issue for yourself. Thank you for our wonderful day. We would definitely come back."
