Great check-in - fast and efficient! Checked into a spacious room with separate shower and toilet which is very nice! Went to the on site restaurant and had probably the best steak I’ve had in Europe (med rare)! I had excellent service from the hotel staff with wine and some freebies!

We had a lovely stay. However we had to prompt reception to clean rooms. The staff were always very friendly and happy to resolve and queries we had. The Italian young lady at the bar was always very friendly and helpful.

Amazing property. I absolutely loved the beds which was firm but very comfortable. Upon entering the lobby, I was quite impressed with the ambiance and neatness. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Only improvement I suggest is to increase the breakfast buffet options and improve food quality (especially scrambled eggs). Everything else was great.

Stayed at the Florian a few times through choice as it’s a fun hotel to stop over at. Super friendly Edgar checked me in this time so kudos to you my friend. The gym is pretty good too. As a regular gym goer I’d give it an 8 out of 10.
