Excellent hotel highly recommended. Location is amazing close to shopping malls and retail shops, many dining options close by, close to highway for a quick commute to / from Queen Alia airport without getting stuck with Amman traffic.

This is our go to hotel in Jordan. Fantastic location conveniently located as part of a mall which has everything you need. Opposite to the hotel are many affordable breakfast, and dinner options, as well as the best bakery in Jordan (Al Sufara) and two of the best dessert shops (Habiba and Nafeesa). Rooms/bathrooms are spacious and clean and availability of connected rooms.

The hotel is in a good location, but it feels like I’m entering a military base every time I come back. The taxi drops me off on the street since the hotel drop off area is closed off. The meta detector check every time seems like an overkill. My room was next to a large door lead from the elevators to the room hallway and the door was not dampened so evert time someone opened it it would slam shut.
