"We had a great stay at Rayz Eiffel in Paris. What stood out most was the excellent staff, especially a young Black man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and spoke English very well, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. He welcomed us with croissants, provided us with a charger converter, and whenever we needed anything, he accommodated us quickly and kindly. His professionalism and warmth made a big difference in our experience. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stayed here for 4 nights. Its in a great area. Metro right around the corner. The Eiffle Tower is a 10 minute walk. Lots of great places to eat around the corner. Theres A/C for summer months. The single bed room is very small but works great for one person. Staff very nice and helpful. Would stay here again ! "

"Wonderful hotel, perfect location, clean, good amenities for Paris! I stayed with my 2 sons and aside from the room being quite tiny (even for Paris standards- a few hooks on the walls would've helped SO MUCH just for jackets or bags even), it was really wonderful! Rue Cler is always my favorite street for staying with kids because it's so convenient for food/walking, and the location of the Metro nearby. Would absolutely stay again!"

"We stayed at this small, quaint, homey hotel. My daughter and I were very well taken care of. It is a family-owned hotel, and we felt really seen. I requested a second room, and they were able to accommodate it. I will stay again at this cute hotel when I come back to Paris. "

"We loved that it was located near souvenir shops and all kinds of restaurants that served delicious food. We were also able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and walk to the dock for our River cruise. The staff was cordial and helpful. The room was clean and it was a nice size for us. This hotel also has an elevator which was very convenient for some of my family members."

"If you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower this is perfect. The room was very small with non working air-conditioner, the room was dusty had cobwebs in the lights and a family of flies or knats lived in the curtains. The breakfast was below par for the price you pay. Everything seemed to be cold and prepackaged. Bar was overly priced."
