Welcome to our brand-new, spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled in the picturesque town of Ambleside, just moments away from the popular town itself as well as Lake Windermere at Waterhead. Enjoy ample private parking, large spacious bedrooms rooms (one of which is ensuite) as well as a stunning arched open plan kitchen dining space which leads out to a sprawling patio - perfect for entertaining. A convenient boot room and bike store are the perfect extra spaces for your outdoor adventure equipment.
The Space:
The heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen, perfect for socializing and preparing delicious meals. Unwind in the cosy lounge, complete with a log burner for those chilly evenings. Whether you're exploring Ambleside or relaxing by Lake Windermere, our home provides a comfortable and stylish retreat.
Each bedroom has been individually designed with a cool but cosy colour scheme, offering two king sized rooms and two twin rooms, perfect for groups of friends or families alike.
For eco-conscious traveler's, we've got you covered with an EV charger on-site (additional charges apply) as well as an air source heat pump.

Guest Access:
Guest's are able to use the whole property throughout their stay - There is private parking for multiple vehicles right outside.
The Neighborhood:
Located equidistant from both Ambleside town centre and the Lake at Waterhead, the property is ideal for visiting all that Ambleside has to offer including an abundance of shops, restaurant and bars as well as all the outdoor activities on the Lakeside.
Getting Around:
We love the fact that many walks can be undertaken directly from the door and if you wish to travel further afield there is a regular bus service, less than 5 mins from the property.
Other Things to Note:
We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay. We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area.
We operate a self check in service, which will be sent 2 days prior to arrival.
If you wish to use the EV Charger then a pre authorisation of your credit card will be applied prior to use, with the balance refunded if less consumptions is used by the end of your stay.
