"Great location to downtown, house was perfect! The host was great, checked in to make sure everything was perfect, was responsive and hugely helpful with a great book on restaurants/ activities in the area. The house was sparkling clean and well furnished. You can't go wrong!!"

They keep with the historic and vintage history of the building and decor while offering clean well appointed rooms and concierge style services. "I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. Karen is consistently a friendly and responsive host; one of the best I've encountered. I highly recommend booking this apartment!"
