The room always clean and the surroundings of the Hotel. The counter staff was helpful and quickly resolved any request. The hot and cold breakfast was enough for everyone and they were pending to refill if necessary. Just a bit far from my place to work but satisfied.

The property is very good looking & very clean. Modern decor & about 3 minutes off of I40 in Greensboro. The breakfast was nice and you had a mixture of cereal, muffins, toast, etc along with oatm, waffle station & hot breakfast. They had a great check out time at Noon. The rooms were beautiful & roomy bathroom but my only issue, which is nothing to some, was the bed was a little hard for my taste. Overall, 👍👍

Good stay, good breakfast - clean - it was under construction but that didn’t bother us at all. Toilet clogged up so had to call for a plunger. Luckily they had one. Sink was really slow to drain, and the top fell off when tried to move it. Minor inconvenience - good stay overall.

The hotel was okay but it was under construction and as a pregnant person I didn't appreciate the under construction part. Also, our toilet was all jammed and we had to plunge it to get it sorted! Not to mention the manager lady was very unfriendly and not warm at all! Also, secondary door lock was broken and it was open all the time. That's a huge safety issue right there. The breakfast was the only think which was alright so I am rating 3 star generously!

This property is past its prime. Room was clean, but the hotel itself was run down. There was a plumbing issue when I arrived. No water for over 8 hours.Can’t flush the toilets or take a shower. When the water came back on, it was brown. Have been trying to reach Expedia to request a refund or credit, but haven’t been successful. Would not recommend this hotel

Think twice

Horrible! Toilet overflowed, phone did not work. Had to go down to front desk for help. Changed rooms late at night and new room had a TV with screen going bad and heat that sounded like a freight train. Had to turn it off to sleep. Next morning clerk would not give credit or even HH points. Terrible service and less cooperation.
