"I stayed this hotel two time one in month of June and other in month of July. both times the staff are very helpful to get my room quick and check in is easy. "The room provided initially upon check in was terrible. It was not cleaned from previous use and was a different room then booked. After a formal complaint they gave us right room. It was a very stressful situation to negotiate with them. The property was advertised as having free shuttle airport pickup, but they charged us INR 675 towards airport pickup. They also advertise as breakfast included, but it doesn't appear it is complement."

"Akshay was wonderful with bringing up our bags and so kind and helpful. The front desk staff were helpful as well. The chef at breakfast time on December 19 took great care of me as a celiac guest needing food free from cross-contamination with gluten, and made me an amazing dosa with a tomato sauce and a coconut sauce. I forgot to get his name. Two things that were not great were that the (otherwise very nice) bathroom smelled like pee, and how overpriced the wine was in the restaurant. 4x as much as the price of the in-room mini bar, and 2x as much as the full bottle price at the next hotel we stayed at, for the exact same bottle. "
