"This is a great find. It's convenient to the train station, near a downtown shopping area with restaurants, extremely well appointed and clean. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rachel, the young lady working in the front desk made you feel like you were coming home with a warm smile and professional, friendly demeanor. The rooms were clean and rather large, at least my room on 5th floor. Did not get to try the breakfast but it starts early and sounded delicious. It was also very reasonably priced!"

Throughout my visit, the elevator was out of service and the buffet service did not meet the expected minimum standards. "This is a sleep in hotel, nothing else. Towels is old with room comforters. But did solve my night delimma. The check-in area has a horrible smells."

"The website said the rooms would be cleaned every two days. That wasn’t the case. Also they say that when you request the room to clean you would get it done …sadly that wasn’t the case. Maid service was slow and place was untidy Plus they gave us the wrong room, we booked a king room and got a double.Was a major inconvenience for us … but we ended up keeping it as we didn’t want to change rooms as we had already settled and would’ve gotten to change the rooms the next day and we were very busy."
