This isn’t your typical Airbnb. Inside & out this charming historic 1923 home was just renovated in Dec 22. Close to everything & furnished like a home, not a hotel.

We’ve taken care of every detail from comfy mattresses, bamboo hypoallergenic sheets, fluffy towels, to plenty of space to gather or spread out. Toys & games, 3 smart TVs, fiber optic WiFi, & great back yard. Basement even has a fireplace, work space, laundry, microwave & mini fridge, exercise equipment & game table for the kids.
The space
This cute home sits on our tree lined brick street. We are close to downtown, Amarillo College, the local Ballpark, Interstates 40 & 27 and less than 10-15 minutes from the mall, the hospitals, movie theaters, the airport and almost anywhere in the city.

Three bedrooms are on the main floor. Main bedroom has a private bath with a tub-shower and large closet, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bath (tub & shower combo) with the bedroom in the basement. There is an open living and dining room as well as a small table off the kitchen. The basement features a work space, laundry area, TV sitting room, and even some work out equipment and a game table in a flex space. Main level is approx 1760 sq ft and basement is an additional 600 sq ft.

The back yard is completely fenced, well lit and features a covered ramada area, plenty of seating, an outdoor fire pit, bbq grill and (older) small playhouse for the kids and it’s a great location to walk around and explore the neighborhood.

The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, a crockpot, toaster and coffee maker that also does espresso! We will stock coffee, a selection of teas, some bottled waters as well as basic seasonings for cooking. There is a grocery store, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart all within a few minutes drive. Uber, Lyft, Uber eats, & Doordash are all available.

There is room to park 2 vehicles in the drive and free street parking on the East side of the one way street for an additional car.

We live nearby if you have any issues we can address them quickly. We look forward to being your hosts!
Guest access
We use remote entry locks to ensure access. The entire house and yard are yours while you are here. The neighbors on both sides are quiet and have friendly pets should you see them.
Other things to note
NO pets or smoking inside. We charge an automatic $300 cleaning fee because our family and other guests that visit have allergies.
